Our appointments scheduling system provides the following:

  + After attending your first appointment, you can schedule online at anytime

  + You will receive appointment reminders by TEXT, EMAIL, or Both

  + Please understand that SMS (text) reminders are optional and message & data rates may apply

  + You can change your appointment or look for different openings yourself (limit 3 appointments)

  + Your scheduling will remain password protected

  + We still have (live) secretaries to help with scheduling or answer any questions you may have.  We also have a live answering                      service after hours (although, they only pass on messages).

  + Understand there will be a $35 late cancellation fee if you fail to cancel in less than 24 hrs.  We will waive that fee if we are able to          schedule someone in your place, so it is always best to let us know as soon as possible if there might be a scheduing conflict.
